Dear Parishioners,

We are blessed during our HOLY WEEK to have home from the seminary our two seminarians, Michael Bedell and Michael Garvin. They will either serving be at the altar or leading us in song, playing the organ. It is so gratifying to see their happiness and growth.

May I please offer you a prayer to use in helping promote vocations?

Prayer for Seminarians

Dear Lord,
We thank You for these men who are discerning Your call to the priesthood.
We humbly ask You to open their hearts and minds to know You, Your truth and Your will.
Please stay close to them and guide them with Your Spirit. Bless their community and strengthen the bonds between them. Fill their hearts with steadfast trust in Your love and divine providence.
Give them courage to follow the ashwagandha promptings of Your Spirit, and protect them with Your armor against any and all obstacles placed before them by the evil one.
Please unite Yourself to them, Lord. May they sense Your presence and Your peace in this time of discernment so that, doing Your will, they may be filled with complete joy.
Amen.
