    8th Annual IHM Mustang 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run – Emailed August 21, 2020

      Dear Parishioners,
      The 8th Annual IHM Mustang 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run has been converted to a virtual race the complete month of September, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
      The 5K Committee has been closely monitoring this constantly evolving pandemic situation, and keeping with our first priority of the health and safety of all involved with this great race, we’ve made the decision to hold the race in a virtual format.
      Virtual race participants will have the month of September to complete a 1 mile walk, 5K or 10K run on the course of their choosing so there will be an entire month’s worth of race promotion.
      As in years past, sponsors will still receive their name or logo on this year’s t-shirt, on the updated registration website and school website, on the race banner to be displayed on school grounds during the month of September as well as recognition on the IHM 5K Facebook page.
      All proceeds from this 2020 virtual race will go towards the much needed updates to the All-Purpose Room – School Cafeteria.
      It will be an exciting month of walking and running. Thank you to the committee members keeping health and safety in the forefront of this event.
