“Healing time again”!

Father Ralph Thomas has been struggling with his walking due to his bad knees. It has finally been decided by Father to begin the process of “knee replacements”.

On Wednesday, September 26, 2018 he will undergo surgery on one knee and after that surgery he will need rehab for several weeks. He will do that rehab at Regina Health Center.

I have asked Father McCann to step in and assist with Masses during the time of Father Thomas convalescence. Presumably and if all goes well Father Thomas will be back at the Rectory for December, 2018.

After the holidays and in January, 2019 Father Thomas will then have the second knee replacement done followed by several weeks of rehab at Regina Health Center.

Father says, “It’s tough, but, others have encouraged me by their experience!”

Anyway, wish him well. Pray for him and his well-being to walk more comfortably in the very near future in the footsteps of Jesus.
