    Hip Surgery for Jeff Mills

      Dear Parishioners,

      Over the last several months, Jeff Mills, our parish Music Director, has been experiencing pain in his right hip, which most recently has INCREASED to almost unbearable! Doctors have advised him to have a hip replacement as soon as possible. Their collective decision is that Jeff would undergo surgery on Thursday, December 27, 2018. Therefore IHM will need to have substitute musicians for the weekend Masses for the end of December and throughout the month of January. Jeff is advised that a four week physical therapy and rehabilitation is necessary.

      Jeff leads our choir, executes such beautiful music from them, as well as the children’s choir for certain masses, and all the weekend cantors. We all will miss him, but welcome him back with great JOY!

      Pray for his doctors, surgeons, and caretakers for a successful operation and recovery.
