    Pastor Letter – A Special Thank You – Emailed April 15, 2021

      Dear Parishioners,

      As you may know, Pope Francis designated this to be the YEAR OF SAINT JOSEPH. Our Catholic faith accolades him as the foster father of Jesus, the caretaker of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and a master carpenter. He is also the patron of a peaceful death.

      In honor of this designated year of Saint Joseph, I spoke to a current master carpenter, our own Dennis Smith, and requested TWO STANDING CROSSES to be fashioned for our 2021 Good Friday Service for the noble veneration of the cross.

      These were impeccably done by Dennis and IHM is grateful to have him on staff.
