    Pastor Letter – Angel Scholarship – Emailed April 5, 2024

      Dear Parishioners,

      I am always trying to find ways to benefit catholic elementary school families at IHM School with financial assistance. One new way is for you to think now on making your 2023 Ohio State Tax help IHM School with financial scholarships for the 2024 school year.

      When you make a gift of $750.00 (for an individual) or $1,500.00 (for couples filing jointly) now or before April 15, 2024, to the Angel Fund Scholarship at the Catholic Community Foundation in the Diocese of Cleveland your 2024 Ohio State tax will be reduced by that very amount.

      The State will recognize your gift to the Angel Fund Scholarship in support of educational scholarships!

      You then will receive a 100% Ohio income tax credit against your state tax liability. In other words, that very amount will come back to you in a refund on April 17, 2024.
