I am very aware of the many requests for donations that all of us receive, and sometimes for many of us daily through US mail from various religious communities and civil organizations! Everywhere there is much-needed financial assistance for operations. And, in these days many of us have limited funds.

Even with that said, here is an ask for financial assistance that is quite different to those of you who pay annual OHIO STATE TAX and have available funds.

Donating at this time of the year to the ANGEL SCHOLARSHIP FUND at the Diocesan Catholic Community Foundation helps IHM school considerably. The AMAZING part is, if you donate these amounts (either $750.00 or $1,500.00), you will not be paying as much to the state of Ohio when your taxes are being prepared.

I am asking those of you who file the Ohio State Tax to donate $750.00 to this scholarship fund if you file separately or donate $1,500.00 if you file taxes jointly. When you do this, it will reduce your Ohio State income tax liability on a dollar-for-dollar basis! This is unusually good! Money that ordinarily would have been owed to the state of Ohio by you is re-directed to fund catholic education in Ohio!

Imagine the good you can do each year for catholic education when you re-direct your Ohio State tax liability with this Ohio State tax legislation.

Again, your Ohio State Tax liability will be reduced in 2025, dollar-for-dollar, when you send a donation today and before the end of the year, 2024 of to THE ANGEL SCHOLARSHIP FUND!
