IHM 5K NEWS

As you may know, the IHM 5K, which was postponed from May to September has become a virtual race.

How does a virtual race work?

Essentially, you can run anywhere at any time during the month of September. There are three event distances for you to choose from. The traditional 5K, the 1 mile, and for those overachievers, a 10K distance has been added this year.

Once you run or walk your chosen distance, record how long it took you and then upload those results to the IHM 5K Run Signup race website.

Have fun and see who can get bragging rights for being the fastest among your family, friends and classmates.

If you haven’t already registered, I encourage you to do so to help raise funds for the renovation of our All Purpose Room.

It’s a beautiful time of year to be outside and you still have the rest of the month to participate. Everyone who registers will receive a super-soft t-shirt. Full details can be found at IHM5K.com.
